Need medical services?
You don't need a magnetic card. All you have to do is come to the clinic, pharmacy or branch with your passport and the Maccabi membership number you received by text and e-mail after joining the insurance plan.

  When the answering system asks you to enter your identity number, enter your Maccabi membership number, without the digit 9 at the beginning.

  For service on the website in different languages:

  1. On a computer: Open the Maccabi website > Choose the option "Maccabi Online" > Right-click on the mouse > Choose the option "Translate to" and select your preferred language.
  2. On a cellphone: Open the Maccabi website using Google Chrome > Choose "Maccabi Online" > Press the three-dot symbol > Choose the option "Translate."

Important tip: If you want to receive a magnetic card nevertheless, you can do so free of charge at any Maccabi branch during hours of operation or order one through the Maccabi Call Center 3555*.
