Primary medicine

Family doctors, pediatricians and gynecologists by prior appointment.
You can arrange for a phone consultation or a physical appointment, and send requests to the doctor on the Maccabi Online website.

Assignment of a family doctor

To find out who your family doctor is, contact the Maccabi Call Center at 3555* (when the automatic answering system asks you to enter your ID number, enter your Maccabi membership number without the digit 9 at the beginning) or enter your personal area on the Maccabi Online website.

Specialist medicine

You can make an appointment with a variety of specialists without a referral.
Detailed information is available on the Find Services tab on the Maccabi website from the special information call center at 3555*.

Medical Services Outside Maccabi Centers

Hospital out-patient clinics, Maccabi-contracted service providers. A referral from the attending physician and an appointment with the hospital are required in order to request a financial commitment (Form 17).
The request for the commitment form can be submitted at least 1 week in advance on the Maccabi Online website, by e-mail, fax or at one of Maccabi's medical branches.
