Maccabi members can go to any emergency room at any public hospital, according to the terms of the policy.

Nurse call center

You can consult with a nurse 24 house a day, in English as well, at 3555* (when the automatic answering system asks you to enter your ID number, enter your Maccabi membership number without the digit 9 at the beginning).

Maccabi urgent care call centers

To receive medical service outside of clinic hours, call 3555* (when the automatic answering system asks you to enter your ID number, enter your Maccabi membership number without the digit 9 at the beginning).

House visits

This service complements Maccabi's primary medicine services outside the operating hours of the community clinics. Call 3555* (when the automatic answering system asks you to enter your ID number, enter your Maccabi membership number without the digit 9 at the beginning).
